Version Control System - Check-Out & Check-In

There is no change in the Check-Out and Check-In procedures. However, PowerBuilder prompts you for the comments and the label while Check-In the object. This doesn't happen if you aren't using the version control system.

The good thing is that, PowerBuilder keeps track of all the Check-Out and Check-In you are doing and communicates with the ObjectCycle Server. If you want confirm this, you can select "Source/Registration Report" from the menu and you will see something like in the following picture:

Let's login to the ObjectCycle through the ObjectCycle Manager and see what we have there:

From the above picture, you can see all the report for each object in the ObjectCycle server.
