Questions And Answers for PowerBuilder Interviews
QuestionExplain the steps required to create a C++ user object in PowerBuilder? Click here to see the answer
AnswerBasically, you need to invoke the user object painter for C++ user object type. You need to declare any instance/shared variables and functions. While declaring functions, you just declare the function interface, not the function code. You need to write the actual code for functions in the C++ Editor which comes with POWERBUILDER. When you save the user object. POWERBUILDER automatically save the user object as a DLL and you need to deploy this DLL along with your application. Click here to go to top of the page.
